Days fly by and toilet flight ahead

What a blur this summer has been, the last weeks just have flown by with the Finnish Men’s National team – Susijengi. One day it’s training, another it’s a game, then a media day, a sponsor visit, a book launch.

Something every day, and to add to that the extra of keeping all the Susijengi social media channels ticking and posting stuff on the various platforms – good times (although not sure what my wife thinks at home???)

As always, the question is – why don’t you post anything online about your many assignments??

Simple answer, no time and all the good images go to the clients 🙂

Been really fun to have just normal international games for few times now, which has allowed me to do both stills and video. Captured few nice dunks both on stills and video … been popular on the clients and other social media channels.. maybe few have even caught your eyes somewhere.

Now things are really starting to heat up – coming up first is a four day Baltic trip with VERY little sleep and lots of flights and obscure hour bus journeys after games and hotel arrivals at 2am or most likely 3am.

Then a quick 36 hour stop at home before heading for a 14 hour flight to Japan … with most likely the ‘media seat’ next to the toilet… which on long flights might be just as well. My guess is that the toilet is where most of my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo will be spent… and then few days recovering from the flight in Okinawa (while also working!).

Will try to post stuff from FIBA World Cup once over there – but let’s see if there is anything apart from the view of my laptop screen and hotel elevator that I can share.

Also – let’s hope for a … nah, never mind 🙂
