Do you have a minute to talk about Samu Adler? (well – watch a video!)

Preseason closing in Finland and one name that seems to be on everyones lips, at least in Salo, is Samu Adler!!

His game last night was a stellar performance from a player just 17-years of age – if I remember correctly the guy finished as top scorer for his team in their last preseason game.

So, there are worse things to do than spend a minute watching his highlights from last nights game vs KTP .. could have easily added another minute of clips, but I have a funny feeling he will be providing more clips during the season!!

Before people get all worked-up about hyping a young player… I again stress that my knowledge of the finer points of the game is what it is… and to shock everyone in Finland… I do NOT know what is ‘Espanjan palloskriini’ … 😉

And preseason is preseason – lots of things are being tried out and sometimes when the ‘real’ games start.. things look very different.

But – if you are in Finland over the season and have a chance to go and see Salon Vilpas play.. and see the name Adler on the roster… you might want to keep your eyes on the young fellow, you might want to remember where you first saw him play Korisliiga… #RememberTheName
