Peli-Karhut vs Kouvottaret – preseason video

Visited Women’s Korisliiga preseason in Kotka the other day to see EuroCup bound Peli-Karhut take on Kouvottaret in the local derby in preseason.

Once again, results are what results are – one team scores more points than the other, but both teams learn a lot ahead of the new season.

Peli-Karhut were in the game with only two imports – as later on in the day we learned that one of their imports will not continue in the team and a replacement is being searched.

As a game, it was good preseason action from both teams, and the 400 or so spectators definitely should have been entertained during the match.

For me, these trips to preseason games are to get back to the swing of things, talking to players and coaches (even if the talking part is still rather small due to some issues).
