WU14 – LoU Basket vs Tikkurila-Seura
The future is here..
Another game I ended up by a ‘mistake’ – HonkaHalli had so many games, I ended up shooting THREE games.. and not ONE (as I thought)
WU14 Finnish League has two groups in the spring A Group and B Group – nine teams in both, and all teams will play EIGHT games.. after which the top four of each group will move to the next stage.
Both TiKs and LoU-Basket played two games on Saturday – as did Honka. And I caught up 20 minutes of the LoU-Basket vs Tikkurila-Seura..
It is great to cover these games, seeing new players and maybe.. just maybe.. some of these players will go to play in Korisliiga, EuroLeague, National team, WNBA??
This league/age group does not announce detailed stats/rosters – so I will also not name players or who scored what.
Results of the game was in favour of LoU-Basket 74-51 (14-15, 21-12, 28-11, 11-13).
It was SUPER FUN to photograph the game, and it was great to see the parents on the sidelines supporting the players..
