Game that did not promise much, delivered just that

No fault of the teams, but as someone said to me before the game. What the teams were after from this game was not so much the win. But to get a performance that is a good stepping stone as the playoffs start next week on Monday.

Even more important than that : NO INJURIES!!!

In Salo, many remember the injury in a similar game few seasons ago, where Teemu Rannikko got injured in a game that meant nothing.. and a situation that meant nothing.

Luckily this time, both teams seemed to leave Salohalli as healthy as they came in there.

What can I say about the game?? MMMHHH… Vilpas won??

Oh, and one of my cameras decided to start to play up… but, that’s the way it goes sometimes.

Next week it’s playoff time – let’s see if I manage to get myself lost into a game or two??

Vilpas captain Mikko Koivisto decided that one more year is what he wants – and to be fair, the only reason probably for this was his little injury this season.

And therefore he hasn’t managed to give me that dunk in a game that we’ve agreed he’ll do before his career is over 😉
