Local derby game at HonkaHalli on Saturday as Tapiolan Honka WU16 and EBT WU16 faced in the WU16 Finnish League.
EBT topping the table before and after the game – next week they face 2nd place Tampereen Pyrintö at Espoonlahti. Which might be a game for me!

The 8 players of EBT had a strong game, double-doubles for Anni Mäkinen with 13 points and 14 rebounds and Emilia Koskela with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
Merit Kallis had an impressive line of stats : 11 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 8 steals.
Nella Toiviainen with 7 points, 10 rebounds and couple of assists and steals.
For Honka, Aada Hautala dropped game high 14 points for the home team, adding 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals.
Otherwise, reading down the stats – Enni Kauhiainen, Evelin Heikkinen, Lilja Hynönen, Nelli Kivioja, Siiri Katajisto and Tilda Mäkelä.. and with couple of buckets each.

EBT took 73 rebounds in the game!! Must be the most I have EVER seen by a team. Honka, a very respectable 42 rebounds themselves.
