Just another day in paradise…
Monday was full of … well, it was just another day in the office for Susipaparazzi 😉
But – just to give you a little rundown on what my days sometimes look like – tried to do some GoPro footage from the day .. which as always tends to be a failure, as I never seem to have time for it. And yes, I am my own ‘boss’ .. so I do choose the times and hours I work.
Here’s a little schedule of what the day looked like.
5am – Wake-up, no alarm needed as I always wake-up at this time.
5.15am – out of the door and heading towards Helsinki, and photoshoot to set-up there from 7am onwards.
7am – arrive to Urhea-halli in Helsinki, setup the photoshoot spot and wait for players.
8am-10.30am – shooting the promo shots for Men’s basketball Universiad Games team, plus video interviews and training still and video.
10.30am-1pm – shooting Susijengi Open Gym first day, both stills and video – plus couple of interviews.
1pm – pack the photoshoot gear in the car, drive to SusiTrainingCenter in Lohja – to shoot MU18 international game between Finland and Latvia.
2pm – arrive to SusiTrainingCenter – straight to shooting the game.
4pm – game over, walk to the cafeteria and buy a bottle of Coke Zero.
4.30pm-5.30pm – edit the Universiad photos – make some social media posts .. after editing the stills/videos.
6pm-8.15pm – shoot the Women’s Universiad basketball team practise, shoot both stills and video, no interviews this time.
8.15pm-9.30pm – drive home.
9.45pm – cook dinner (and yes, this was the first time I had something to eat since the 5am breakfast)
10pm-11.30pm – edit some more material.. before hitting the sack.
So there – a very short summary of my day, and it was a great day.. always love it when I get the chance to create THIS much content from a single day… OK – maybe it is a long day by normal standards, but it is what I decided myself to do and really and it works for me. Not saying that everyone should start working these hours .. although the world naturally WOULD be a better place if they did 😉
