PeKa vs CSM Constanta – EuroCup Women – with 1950’s camera – results
Evening spent in the bathroom developing the film, leaving it over night to dry and now spent the morning scanning the images to the computer from the developed film.
So, what are the results like, were there any photos taken that were worth it?
Firstly there was an issue with taking the film out of the camera, as I tried to roll it back – it felt like there was a ‘snap’ and I initially thought that maybe the film hadn’t caught on properly and that I would now have photos at all.
But after a while I opened the back of the camera – and saw that the film was still rolled on the ‘capture side’ .. so I quickly closed the lid and started the process of developing.
Sure, few images were ruined as the film got exposed to light, but there was still over 30 images on the roll and here are first few to share.
I will add few more photos once I get the last strips of film scanned, it is surprisingly long time that it takes to scan one image.
If there are any readers who know about scanning film – I am always happy to hear suggestions as to what would be a good scanner to use 🙂

For photo nerds – the camera used was a 1950’s Voigtländer Bessamatic with Zoomar 36-82mm f2.8 lens and film was Kodak 400Tmax (pushed to ISO800) and developed in D96 Monobath and scanned from film with the Plustek i8200 AI scanner.
