Basketball is back !
Got a quick call to come over to Surrey Sports Park for an evening of basketball action – instead of cricket and football. Where as I do love my basketball – it meant another long drive in the car from Barnt Green to Guildford.
First game of the day was between Germany and Latvia – Latvia started very well and took an early lead. But Germany crushed them in the second quarter and the game was pretty much over.
Lighting in SSP is so-so – looks very bright when you come in, but once you actually start taking pictures.. well, that’s another story. Rather gloomy and ISO goes to 3200-4000 to get shutter-speeds of 1/640.
